1. How many new members do you add in a typical week?

Used to decide whether your current playbook is age-appropriate for your volume.

0–10 — small or early-stage community 11–40 — scaling paid community 41–100 — large paid community 101+ — enterprise scale

2. What percentage of new members post in their first 7 days?

The single most diagnostic number. If you don’t know, pick the last option — it counts as a signal.
